HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
To place an order, simply select the product you would like to purchase and click "Add to Cart" or "Buy Now". Then enter your shipping and billing details, and we will ship your order to the address provided.
WILL I RECEIVE AN ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL?
Yes, once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation email containing a summary of your purchase along with your shipping and billing details.
If you cannot find the email, please check your All Mail, Spam/Junk, Social, or Promotions folders for messages from Stridr Edge.

At this time, not all of our products are locally manufactured. However, we are continuously growing the business and investing in local production opportunities. HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
After placing your order, please allow 12–24 hours for processing. Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
We aim to process orders as quickly as possible, usually within 24–72 hours. If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist you.
Once an order has already been fulfilled and shipped, we may no longer be able to make changes. However, if your order is already in transit and you need support, our customer service team is always here to help.
