Returns & Refund Policy – Stridr Edge

At Stridr Edge, we are committed to ensuring that every purchase meets your expectations and delivers the comfort and quality you deserve. If your item isn’t the right fit for your preferences or needs, our straightforward return process is here to help.

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items, provided they are unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging and tags.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@stridredge.com with your order number. Our support team will guide you through the process step by step. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery of your return.

We also offer exchanges. If you would prefer a different size, color, or style, simply mention this in your email and we will assist you in finding the best alternative.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear in your account.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at support@stridredge.com, including your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will promptly arrange a replacement or issue a full refund.
